At DocuSign, I led and contributed to enterprise integration initiatives connecting eSignature and CLM with critical business platforms including Salesforce, SAP Ariba, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Outlook. I helped architect and implement embedded contract lifecycle workflows—enabling in-place contract generation, routing, approval, and signing directly within enterprise systems. These integrations streamlined cross-functional operations and advanced scalable, API-driven interoperability across complex SaaS ecosystems.
About
My work spans enterprise integration strategy, cloud modernization, and platform engineering across regulated and large-scale environments. I contribute to the professional community through research, peer review, and speaking engagements, with a focus on advancing scalable, interoperable enterprise systems.
Professional Experience
At Salesforce Marketing Cloud, I contributed to the architecture and engineering of a hybrid, multi-cloud data ingestion platform powering large-scale digital marketing automation and analytics. I designed and built scalable, highly available services to process high-volume flat-file and API-based integrations across FTP, AWS, and Azure. These systems enabled reliable, multi-source data pipelines that supported real-time campaign execution and enterprise-grade marketing intelligence.
Geo-spatial reservoir management tools with .NET Core, Angular, and Azure Functions; serverless workflows and CI/CD.
Digital Asset Management suite; migration to AWS, serverless computing, and REST API modernization.
Advanced Marketing Solution (AMS) for retail and banking; API design, Agile, and performance tuning.
Enterprise software in .NET and Java for manufacturing and energy clients.

Signature Projects
Scalable APIs for Data Ingestion
Outcome: Critical data-ingestion APIs improved by 70%+ in performance—faster, more reliable pipelines that cut delays and raised throughput for enterprise marketing automation and analytics.
What I built: On Salesforce Marketing Cloud, hybrid engineering on the data-ingestion platform—flat-file imports and APIs that feed digital marketing automation and analytics. Built scalable, highly available services in public and private clouds; designed systems to import large volumes from multiple sources (FTP, AWS, Azure).
Tech: REST APIs, cloud-native services, observability (e.g. Splunk, Azure), high-volume data pipelines.
DocuSign Enterprise Integrations
Outcome: Teams prepare, sign, and manage agreements inside CRM and procurement tools—integrations used across the customer base, with fewer context switches and stronger automation and interoperability.
What I built: Initiatives to integrate DocuSign eSignature and CLM with enterprise systems: Salesforce, SAP Ariba, Microsoft SharePoint, and eSignature for Microsoft Outlook. Contributed to design and implementation of integrations that support contract generation, routing, and signing in place.
Tech: eSignature & CLM APIs, event-driven workflows, Azure Service Bus, C# / .NET.
Event-Driven & Self-Healing Architecture
Outcome: More resilient enterprise systems that react to events and support automated remediation and AI-assisted operations, applied in platform contexts.
What I built: Event aggregation, workflow engines, and AI-driven remediation patterns; event-correlated MCP-style agent frameworks for observability and self-healing behavior.
Tech: Event-driven systems, workflow orchestration, MCP concepts, AI observability.
